Self care…is it optional?

Self care has become a bit of a catchphrase for women. When I was young, self care wasn’t modelled by my mother. That wasn’t a word back then. We were raised to do your job and self care was a bath on a Sunday night.
Tours are every Wednesday at 1pm and every Saturday at 10am.
